City planning and design
The proposed smart city uses grid design planning as it is a type of city plan in which streets run at right angles to each other, forming a grid. It is also inspired by the design concept of Feng Shui (Bagua) as it is integrated on the existing road networks below the site for the continual flow of vehicles and pedestrians. The site is divided into nine (9) blocks based on the Bagua Diagram which consists of 9 areas; Health, fame, love, children, helpful people, career, knowledge, family, and wealth.
This proposal was also a group project for an Architectural subject while taking the degree at DLSU-D. 3D Visualizations and high rise office building plans, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans were made by yours truly as they are a requirement for the project individually.
Software used: Revit 2018, Lumion 8.0, Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Premiere Pro
