Subdivision Design and Planning
This project was a housing project with three (3) types of houses namely, a Rowhouse, Single Detached, and Duplex type of houses.
This is also a group project along with my groupmates in an Architectural Subject (Housing). The plans and 3D Visualizations were done by myself.
Software used: Revit 2018, Lumion 8.0, Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Premiere Pro

This photo shows the site analysis which includes the sun path analysis, wind analysis, and noise analysis of the site. This also includes the site circulation analysis as it is also an important detail as it gives information where it is best to have an entry and exit to the site.
The brochure shows the information needed for the subdivision. It shows the types of houses and amenities of the place.
